Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies

• MX4U requires a 30 Percent  Deposit per person to hold your tour reservation.
• The remaining balance of the tour price is payable 2 Weeks prior to your departure date
• In the event of a tour cancellation, you must notify MX4U in writing no less than 60 days prior to departure. In this event, the Deposit is fully refundable
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure date will result in the forfeiture of the full Reservation Deposit
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure date will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the Total Tour Price
• There are no refunds once the tour has started
• There are no refunds for any unused services
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All quoted prices and payments are in US Dollar or UK Pound (Dependent on the current exchange rate.)

Motorcycle Damage Deposit

Please note:

all normal wear and tear of the bikes is included in the Tour Price. All bikes will be cleaned and serviced as required. However, to deal with potential significant damages to the bike, we require that every rider lodges a Refundable Motorcycle Damage Deposit of £500 prior to starting any tours. This deposit covers all damages, other than normal wear and tear. Any damages will be deducted from this deposit, and the balance calculated and returned to you on the final day of the tour.(This excludes riders who are in our race programme)
Responsibility

 
• MX4U and all its partners cannot be held responsible for any bodily injury and for any damage/loss of personal effects. We recommend you purchase travel insurance covering loss, damage or theft of luggage and personal belongings; trip cancellation; personal injury; accidents and illness 
• MX4U is not liable for any delay, loss, damage or injury to any person or property while a that person is a passenger on any airline, bus, vehicle or other transportation line
• MX4U reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any participant on the tour 
• MX4U reserves the right to alter the itinerary at any time for the convenient operation of the tour and to substitute hotels and resorts, date of departure or return, or withdraw the trip if deemed necessary at any time, for any reason
